On May 27th, 2021, the second meeting of the Test Certification Group of SparkLink Alliance was successfully held in Beijing. DT Link Tester was invited to introduce the R & D progress, product programs and development roadmaps for SparkLink short-range communication technology.
DT Link Tester planned to develop three kinds of instruments, SparkLink non-signaling general-purpose testers, SparkLink signaling general-purpose testers, and SparkLink protocol conformance. It planned to provide CTP3308F, a non-signaling general-purpose tester, in the third quarter of 2021. The instrument can meet physical layer power, spectrum, and modulation measurements, effectively lowering the R & D, testing costs for initial terminal products and facilitating stacking because of its compact size. At the end of 2021, the company will launch signaling instruments to meet low latency, large broadband, and high reliability application scenarios and 5G NR, 5G and new short-range convergence test scenarios. Besides, it will launch the development of test cases that support the protocol conformance and RF conformance defined by SparkLink standards.
As one of the core members of CICT, DT Link Tester has the experience of designing communication instruments for about 18 years. Its products involve the whole industry chain from R & D, manufacturing to operation and maintenance. In terms of international standards, it has participated in developing and updating GCF and 3GPP protocol conformance test standards in an active manner. So far, it has launched commercial general-purpose testers for 3G, 4G, and 5G terminals, including multiple instruments such as protocol conformance, general-purpose testers, sweep signal generators, base station simulators, and IoV V2X testers.
